Returns and Replacement

• Springbok products once purchased will not be refunded or replaced with another product.
• For the return or replacement of any product, inform us about the same within 7 days from the delivery date.
• The product should be in unused condition and with original packaging.
• Return of products will only be accepted if -
• 1. Delivered product is defective.
  
• 2. Customer Remorse.
  
• 3. Has size issues. (Replacement only)
• Refund will be issued to customer within 14 - 20 working days after the product has been received by the seller.
• Refund is subjected to meeting the above T&CS 
• Replacement of product will be acceptable in the case of sizing and color issues.
