Springbok.fit Return and Cancellation Policy

At Springbok.fit, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. We understand that sometimes, an item may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help make the return process as smooth as possible. Below is our Return and Cancellation Policy:

Returns

  • Eligibility: You can return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@springbok.fit, and we will provide you with exchange instructions.

Cancellations

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order is dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait for the item to arrive and return it to us to receive a refund.

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on any returns.

Non-returnable Items
