Returns & Cancellation

Springbok products once purchased will not be refunded or replaced with another product.
For the return or replacement of any product, inform us about the same within 7 days from the delivery date.
The product should be in unused condition and with original packaging.
Return of products will only be accepted if -
1. Delivered product is defective.
2. Customer Remorse.
3. Has size issues. (Replacement only)
Refund will be issued to customer within 14 - 20 working days after the product has been received by the seller.
Refund is subjected to meeting the above T&CS
Replacement of product will be acceptable in the case of sizing and color issues.

The order can be cancelled at any point of time till the order has not been delivered.
If order has not been delivered, full refund will be issued within 7 working days to your original mode of payment.
